Preparation of supports

Sawing of the reservations to the desired dimensions. Cleaning of the surfaces receiving the joints and preparation of the support with a brushing machine and a blower.

Substrate pretreatment and application of the primer

After checking the cleanliness of the walls and the reservation of the joint, implementation of the hanging primer.

Implementation of the resin

After setting the casting machines, the resin is used in the reservation previously cleaned and prepared in accordance with the above instructions (interior & exterior). The resin must be homogenized and carefully mixed before use.

Verification

At the beginning of any work day, check that the joint casted the day before is free from defects.
